Dear LRE Experts,
I wish to invest some 20 million in real estate for one to two years. During my stay at Lahore last month I visited DHA Phases and surrounding areas astride ring road. Phase 8 location and ongoing development work attracted me, what if I purchase one kanal or 10 marla plots in phase 8, will these fetch me some benefits in my desired period of time else where is it advisable to invest this amount for 1 to 2 years.

I think NFC Phase 2 will gain.
DHA Phase 9 is also a good option.

Strongly encourage you to diversify your risk. I would DEFINITELY invest in phase 7 and phase 9. Phase 7 is COMPLETELY ready for possession and its next to phase 6. Excellent development and will shoot up as soon as possession given. |
