The prices of Phase-8 will get at least at par with Phase-5 and good sectors of Phase-6 at possession time. Therefore one can visualize a lot of room for improvement in Phase-8 prices. The decision is yours.

Selling phase 8 plot at this moment shall be the biggest mistake.

Average phase 8 plot is 10 million, it may get to 15 million after possession which is expected to be at least three years. Average NFC 2 plot is 3 million which will at least double in 3 years. So in phase 8, expected increase could be 50% at best since it is already very high, in NFC 2, the increase is projected to be at least 100%. I will go for NFC 2 if I were you.
