salam, i m bit confuse about DHA phase 9, what i know is that people who bought DHA 9 file is waiting for balloting to know where there plots will be, however at the same time people are giving add to sale there plots in dha phase 9, how it is possible, Can any buddy explain this. Dear currently DHA phase 9 is in three parts in the market:
DHA PHASE 9 TOWN - People are selling their plots but the sizes are 5 marla only (balloting was done couple of years back).
DHA PHASE 9 PROPER: Files are in trade 5marla, 10 marla, 1 kanal and people are waiting for balloting.
DHA PHASE 9 extension: Files of 10marla and 1 kanal are in trade but balloting shall be after the balloting of phase 9 proper. |

Also DHA Shauhda Town File trading around 26-27. (With "TWN" mentioned on the allocation letter) |
