I have a 1 kanal plot in Phase 6 J block. It is a good move to sell this plot and buy a DHA Phase 7 4 marla commercial plot?

after the Ballot of phase 7 commercial , it will yield you more return than holding a plot in j block phase 6. i think it will really good move to sell this plot and buy 4 marla commercial file before ballot.

Could you please explain as to why DHA Lahore Phase 7 8-Marla Commercial Plot File @ 295 Lacs and Phase 9 8-Marla Commercial Plot File @ 305.

Where the the latter's development timeline is after 7-8 years in future.

Thanks for your reply. My plot is near J271 phase 6. Will I have to add some amount to buy commercial plot. If so, then how much. Also, what is the availability status of phase 7 4 marla commercial file.

DHA Phase 6 Near J 271 can be sold around 170 Lacs.You have to add 15 lacs more to buy phase 7 4-marla file. the file is availalbe @ 185 Lacs. for more info call me.

It is matter of demand and supply. for sure phase 7 will be delivered first. On the long phase 9 will be good choice.
