Can some 1 put light on the issue of current market rates of DHA 9 plots, what i mean to say why the price is stuck in almost one place, if this is because balloting then when the balloting will happen etc. your expert opnion on this issue plz.

phase 9 file will touch 60 next week in shaa allah
and will be around 80 in december 2013
