Could you please kindly advice how much cost to build 1 kanal single story house in lahore. The covered area is approx. 3500 Sq. Feet & fully furnished Cost / Grey structure Cost.

Grey Structure cost ranges from 850-1050/sq (Depends on builder and their repute in market)
Furnished (Turnkey) cost ranges from 1450(Average),2000/sq(Excellent), 2300/sq Luxury

This cost does not include main gate, boundry walls, porch area, water tank and septic tank.

Luxury now is 3000 around. While economy type can b in and that is too for experienced builder can do. New or first time maker spend more yet not worthy sometime.
