Is it better to buy phase 9, 5 marla file for 20 lac or phase 9 dha town 5 marla file for 26 lac.please advise urgent

DHA town, since it yet has to gain a lot due to on going development. Phase 9 files before balloting has almost reached its peak price. Rest Allah knows better. This is only my personal opinion. |

Dear Umar i dont think so that dha phase 9 files has reached on its peak before balloting , 5 marla file in dha phase 8 is for 23 lac and 5 marla file in 9 EXT is 17.50 , so still 5 marla file in proper 9 is under price and a reasonable jump is ahead in a month or two. |
