This is a very nice discussion place I just happened to visit.
I have a one kanal (60x90) plot in Rawalpindi. My requirements are; atleast 3 bedrooms with attached baths, dressing, one kitchen plus dirty kitchen, a store, a servant quarter, drawing plus dining and a 30 feet front lawn.
Would appreciate your suggestions/advice in on the following scenario.
1- If I build a single story house with the above features.
2- If I build a double story house with 2 beds on the ground floor instead of 3 and the rest of stuff. Plus ONLY 2 beds and a lounge on the first floor.
How much would be the difference in construction cost for the above two scenarios. And what should I expect to spend to make a standard house.

brother just calculate the coverd area with 2000 to 2300 per sft cost if cover area is 4000sft then cost will be around 80to85 for but not a+ |
