I am living overseas and have around 28 lac in hand. Can manage another 5 lacs if I squeeze all the resources. I need to have a 10 marla house. I want to know
1- If there is any scheme that offers a constructed house on installments. I can pay around 50000 per month as installments over the next couple of years.
2- If not then what are the options to buy a plot in a society that is already aabaad.
3- What should be the best strategy to have a house at the end of 2 years.
