I am planning to buy a house in Phase 5 and running short of 20 lax rupee.
I have a plot in DHA 6 of value 150 lax plus.
shall I sell this plot and buy in DHA 8 W or V block in 130 lax???
The difference amount 20lax will be used for my other project.
Ppl say DHA 8 price will be more higher than DHA6 in future.
Please give your sincere advice.

I would second it. Very good thinking. If logic prevails, Phase-8 should beat all phases of DHA once possession starts in it. Good luck. |
