I am visiting lahore on Eid. I want to invest around Rs. 5 million in DHA Lahore. Can someone please advise for best returns in around 2 years. Thanks

the only thing (1 Kanal) you can buy in this budget in DHA is a phase 9 file. You will have to pay development charges in installments, but they will probably not become due in 2 years since development is away yet. You can make good money in NFC2, I would buy a one kanal in NFC 2 and a 5 marla file in EME 2.

Buy 5 or 4 five merla files in eme2 it's under value rite now. Will must develope b4 dha phase 9. Those will gain more than all above.
