Hi all property experts,
I am thinking to buy a 1k plot for residential use in future(not as an investment) in DHA Lahore. As of now, only phase 9 is in my range. Please advise that approximately how much time it will take for development considering the time taken for previous phases & when I cant start building the house once the balloting is done?

Compare to past now a days more trend to DHA or Bahria
due to this these 2 societies have large number of customer base
Due to this fact Phase 9 will be develop fast |

You can look at the DHA history. Also check what DHA is developing now. It has to develop Phase-7, phase 6 & 7 extensions, has to develop phase 8 and phase 5 extension. Also some commercial areas. Since no one knows when phase-9 will be balloted, on the safe side development should take at least 5-7 years. This is based on DHA history. |
