What's is current price range of above plot ? Sector U plot 418
Also , phase 9 10 marla file has come down from 37 lakh to 33 lakh.
In your analysis it is expected to continue down slide for some more time ?

Yes it has come down form 38.50 to 32.65 now and has fallen more than 1 kanal and 5 Marla files as a comparison. It could be DHA may have issued more files of 10 Marla and those may be coming to Market for sale but LRE can tell us better.
But whatever the reason, it's at best price to purchase right now. |
