I am flying to Lahore end of this year and interested to have 10M ready constructed house for my family. I was thinking to consider Askari 11 but my friend suggested me to consider Defense Raya as well. There is not a big price difference but I need to keep property appreciation factor in my mind as well. Therefore I request seniors or LRE to comment on DHA RAYA HOUSES:
1. What is the construction type (quality) there?
2. Is it surrounded by boundary wall like complex or a compound?
3. I want to shift my family there by mid next year - Is there any security concerns?
4. Is it worth of considering for a better return of investment in future?
I will highly appreciate if someone please share his experience.
