I want to construct a single story house. what are the current construction rates for grey structure.

that is a very open question. To answer is correctly you have to provide more details.
even the labor rate varies from one society to another, it is good if you do consult with some local construction guy. |

I have 16 marla plot 40x90. Want to build a single story with stairs and mumty ( sq ft approx.) What will be expenses approximately for a decent quality of work. and How should I go about it to achieve good results without being too expensive. Can I achieve my goals within Rs. 3 mil. |

I believe 3m should be enough for single story if you buy the material yourself and hire the labor. |
