I agree there are many other good well mainatined "small Towns" or we usually refer them as "Societies". There are few advatages in DHA if You think in Living point of Vew they have good repuation of Miantiance of Infrastructure ad Compared to other societies, The second Most imporatant is if You need a quicksell there are buyers From Jan to Dec, In many good societies with V Good development and resonable Maintanice this is not an issue you go to buy it is one Cror and You want to sell the you get offer of 70 and that aiso not serious Mostly dealers who Keep you pedining for months before they will pay. The Only issues of DHA is Loction and access and Tight Rules. |
