The plots near drain are of low prices...the prices are low due to drain..

Dear Sir

the drain in j block on other hand these files are no way near the drain. dha rahbar files will be beneath the f block . in f block 5 marla rates is around 23 to 26 lacs.
there is no confirm announcement about balloting of these from DHA Rahbar management.

4 marla and 8 marla commercial files of dha rahbar are also available.
4 marla @ 90 lacs
8 marla @ 175 lacs

I have visited Dha Rahber (Phase 1) and planing to construct a house for our living purpose. I NEED YOUR SUGGESTIONS about the future/scope of DHA RAHBAR 8 MARLA house and my budget is slightly low. what do you suggest regarding living purpose in DHA Rahber. need your best opinion.
