Can you please let me know --How long Power of Attorney last after issuing.For example I Gave power of Attorney to my Father to sell/buy any property in Bahria /DHA today and he want to use this power of attorney for particular property in next 3 years any time.Is it Possible?.Is there any timelimt to excercise Power of Attorney in Bahria town and DHA. Please comment.

power of attorney for one deal only and time limit is maximum 2 month.
you cannot use it for 3 years. |

if you have not specified a time limit in the power of attorney document itself then the attorney remains active until any one of you die. |
