if there are chances that DHA will give plots in installments then what is the purpose of buing file of phase-9 ?

Imagine buying the file at 13 lacs (plus 15 for development charges). Now you'll pay for the same at 65/75 lacs. |

DHA does not offer plots in installments. Best bet is to buy file and then pay development charges in 3 year time. or try Bahria, they do offer plots in installments. |
