Whats approx the cost of construction these days for a 1 kanal house. What will be the cost if i include basement and what will be cost without it for a good quality construction?

All above is right I just finished with basement and A class construction it cost me Rs 2900 but I would say if sensibly planned it could not be between 2000 to 2200. |
