Can anyone tell what will be the development charges for 5 Marla Plot in DHA Phase-9 ?
and what total amount i have to pay all inclusive..development charges etc..if i have bought the phase-9 file for 5 marla in 18 Lac .. ?

well the development charges will be around 4 to 5 lacs...and they will be in 3 year installments after balloting....right now just the 18 lacs and plus other transfer charges etc |
