Is this a gud idea to sale DHA-Town 5 marla file at 27 and buy NFC phase-2 1 kanal file at this moment. Any suggestion ? Would really appreciate the feedbacks.

if no plans of building house in next 5-7 yrs, yes. But DHA is better. |

Try to wait till end Dec 13, INSHA ALLAH you"ll get a plot number for DHA town file. Can be confirmed from some DHA insider or some good property dealer. |
