Aoa i want to purchase 10 marla plot in phase 9 what could be last price and please tell total transfer charges i need to pay.
2ndly can transfer will be possible in one day as i have to come from RWP.
Please also tell what will be development charges and will it be in installments of how many months/Years and what will be requirement of dha after balloting
Does it need owner to come again and again or not.
