Dear LRE Expert & Friends,
I would like to invest Pak Rs 12 Million and I have shortlisted following Investment Opportunities:
a) Buy two files of Phase 9 and keep rest of the amount in USD.
b) Buy a plot in Phase 6, my preference is block k, L & M.
I would be grateful to have your expert opinion.

I was in same situation, finally I decided to buy 1 kanal in DHA-8. More room for appreciation. File are also good but its at least 6-8 year project to reap benefits. Files are already at their peak if you compare with on ground plots in DHA-6, 7 and 8. DHA-6 also good buy. |
