According to credible information:
DHA ballots when 95% acquisition of the land is confirmed, and with phase 9 its around 90% and they are getting difficulties in acquiring more at feasible rate. And in between they lost some part due to problems and cases in courts. They are serious for ballot but it will take a little more time.
Remember this (Phase 9) is the real last chance of getting a good priced plot in DHA. As due to hype of some issues and problems with current govt they are not going to announce new DHA phases in near future.
