I am an overseas Pakistani want to buy a 10 marla plot within budget range of 50 lakh. I have two choices either for DHA7 or Bahria Town. I want to construct house next year and cannot wait too long for the plot to be ready in liveable condition. Experts please suggest whichever is better option out of these two.

bahria sec-c is ready now but ph-7 will not be ready for construction in next 2 or 3 years. |

If you want to construct next year, Bahria. If you can wait for 2 years or so and location is important, Phase 7. |
