I want to buy plot in Y block phase 7 DHA i have budget of 75 Lac max. As u updated prices and u stated prices in Y block starts from 75 lac, do u have a plot worth this amount? at which place will that plot be located. 2ndly I want this plot to build my home when I return to Pakistan in march next year. will possession be given by than and I be able to start construction.

Yes You can definately get plot in 75 lacs in y, Z Block.the development is in progress in these blocks.It is expected that these blocks will be ready for house construction by the end of 2014 but can prolong to 2015.
