the current market value Near L 562 is around 130 to 135 lacs
the current market value Near F 628 is around 105 to 110 lacs

Thanks Mr. Hassan, Do you suggest me to buy L562 on your advised price, How much are the chances of increase after two to three years because I want to construct house after three year at minimum.

Please share if you have any alternative investments in real estate particularly in DHA.

@ AMS,
DHA Phase 6 Near L 562 is not good location for house construction as it is facing commercial. There are lot of other options in dha lahore phase 6 other than F 628 and L 562.
