I want to invest PKR 25M in DHA or Bahria town commercial plaza which can give me monthly rent. Is it possible? and how much rent i can get?

Even the rent of first floor in Sector C is more than 1.5 lacs now so if the plaza is built it can get very high rent. |

Fahad, please visit both areas and assess rental yield. Same forum I got the info that entire plaza is for rent at 100 lacs and now first floor is at 105 lacs. May be true but I guess there was no oil or gas found underneath Bahria land. Do your due diligence before making this huge investment. |

What size plaza can be purchased in 25 Million in Bahria? 5 marla commercial plot price is more than that. |

A useful method to evaluate Property Rent & Price is called "Rent to Price ratio"
Annual rental value equals 5% of property Price is considered reasonable, on the other hand property Price equals 20times of annual rental value considered good. |
