DHA Phase 8 - Parkview,

Hello Brothers,

I have one question. Why DHA Phase 8 Parkview price is not increasing. Compared to Ph 6, 7 price of DHA Phase 8 Parkview is low. However, the location is very good of Parkview.

What is the reason for this? Some people tell me DHA does not own parkview. What is the real sitiuation? Maybe when they connect Parkview to Phaes 6 main Blvd, price will start increasing. How do you look at DHA Parkview for future?
