Urban Vs DHA Letter,

Pleas! can some one differentiate the ownership document issued for Air Avenue property, called "on Urban Letter and DHA Letter". Need to know the difference and which ownership letter is more authentic and why? Or both are fine?. If some one is issued Urban then is it worry free or in future it can create any kind of trouble.
We learn every day something new and I would appritiate if any one can explaine in details. I would like to get the expert opinion of LRE team if please they can.

DHA Letter is authentic . but importantly in next some weeks issue is ging to resolved . so u can buy .

How can I verify the Urban propery I am interested in is not going to be sold second time as you said it iis allowed only once. And if not then who will issue me a ownership urban letter second time, also will the DHA confirm the merger fee if any was paid.

Whenever you buy an urban letter property, all transfers will be done in Urban office, in similar manner like DHA does. As for merger fee, you must confirm from Urban. Normally all sellers have paid merger fee and have a pink copy thereof attached to sale deed. Also, sale deed contains a clause that seller undertakes the responsibility to clear off all due till the time of sale including DHA merger fee. Also, DHA imposes monthly security/cleaning charges to plot holders as well which were about 400 per month in 2012 (not sure about now). So please ensure that all those are also paid

However, i would like to advise that it is just my experience and knowledge based on which i am sharing my thoughts on this. Please reconfirm it from your reliable sources.

Also as per my experience, urban itself takes care of all such dues to be cleared and assists as much as possible to the buyer.

Atif frankly no idea. i am also waiting for ban to open up so that i can start construction of house. Allah behtar janta hai..

Atif, I am also waiting for same. All are rumours till now. Latest rumour is that issues are resolved, core commander has approved the allowance of construction and only DHA administrator has to proceed with paper work. Thats all i know. Rest as i said, i am also waiting to construct my home. So Allah say behtri ki dua hai.
