DHA Phase 7 Vs DHA Phase 8 Y-Block,

I want to buy a 10 marla plot in DHA for investment purpose. Please tell me which Phase is better 7 or 8? And in future which Phase have more chance to gain. Currently phase 7 and 8 both have almost same price but Phase 8 Block-Y got better Location. Please help me in this regard.....thanks in advance
