Some people always try to relate any news with phase 9. Probably they are the investor who have invested in phase 9 and now don't know what to do.

MOHTARAM ONE MORE HURDLE BY DHA CROSSED... NOW FOCUS OF DHA WORKING ON PHASE 9. DHA PHASE PHASE 7 WAS PENDING WORK. THATS WHY GOOD NEWS FOR PHASE 9.

In my opinion phase 7 kuch bhi kar lay...wont get much rise... .1 million here and there does not make any difference. I got rid of phase 7 this year and invested in phase 9. paid me much more than i could have waited for phase 7 to grow..with no insult/offence intent to phase 7 owners, allow me to say , the location it occupies is not the worth its price in scenario of DHA Lahore.
