You are quite right phase 7 is being appreciated, but comparatively air avenue is being handed over to dha and construction is being allowed on dated 26 December 2013. It will jump roughly 10 to 15 % and it's already had advantage over phase 6. |

DHA Phase 7 Near P 755 is valued around 85 to 86 Lacs.
DHA Phase 7 Near Y 3770 is valued around 50 Lacs.
Not yet as beacuse there is lot of selling pressure in the market.
