Not to disappoint any of you but it will take at least 12 years + construction of houses to develop phase 9
Phase 5 is half populated after possession given more than a decade ago.
Investment wise it's ok but making home would suggest you to re consider. |

@ mr phase 9 ballots....can u answer how much time phase 7 has taken? and from which price it started?...it started from 2.4 m and in seven years see where it is now!.....same applies for phase 9...(which ofcourse has a better locality as compared to phase 7. |
