I already have 3 files of 5 marla (phase 9) and wish to invest 40 Lacs more in property.
Should I buy 2 more files of phase 9 5 marla or a good location (1 kanal) plot in NFC 2 (or any other good options in 40 Lacs).

Please debate and put some light so that many will get benefit from it.

Buying two more files of DHA 9 will put all your investments in one bucket. SO advise is to diversify.

go for 10 Marla phase 7 plot, you will get good return once possession will be announced
