Aslam u alikum Readers...I need sincere advice. I have 5 million budget and want to invest for 2-3 years in DHA Lahore only. So which option you consider is the best for investestment (2-3 years).
Option-1...8 marla plot in DHA 9 town
Option-2...5 marla plot in DHA 9 town and 5 marla file in phase 8 z- block
Option-3... 1 kanal file in phase 9
Option-4...5 and 10 marla file in phase-8 z-nlock
Option-5....10 marla plot in phase-7

buy 5 marla file in ph 9 sale it near belting or hold it for three years

For fast return, shuhda town file or plot, since its the only option with 70% development and soon possession given status. Rest Allah knows better. |
