There are still DHA phase 8 file for 5, 10 marla and 1 kanal plot in the market, kindly I need info about them, These are:
Are the balloting done for theses files and if not then what will be expected location for these files. Is it worth buying them for investment or building house after few years.

Dear Sir,
In DHA Phase 8 Z block of 5, 10 marla and 1 kanal files are available in the market. The ballot is still due for z block and any specific date is known for ballot. The expected location is across the barki road opposite of Lahore School Economics (LSE).
It is better to buy dha phase 9 instead of Z block files as expected location is surrounded by villages from all side separated from main dha phase 8. finally choice will be yours
