I've heard that phase 7 commercial ballot is already done. Do you still have some files available? If not, what's the rate for 4M plot?

The dha has done ballot of commercial files mostly in CCA-4 in phase 7. the commercial files still are available for sale in the market

Make Your priority as below
1) DHA Phase 9 4-Marla
2) DHA Phase 7 4-Marla
In longer run dha phase 9 will yield better returns due to better located near to heavily populated areas next to Ferozpur road & much closer to high priced developed areas like Akkari 11 DHA 5 6 etc.
