Is there any possibility ke Ghar jiss ke naam pe ho usskey naam pe Bills na aty hoo. Actually the problem one of my relative is facing. He has recently noticed that the bills were on under his name on his visit to Pakistan. The house was on rent and recently only tenant has vacant the house. All utilitity serivces bill should be on owner's name. Its also protect his ownership. Tenant cannot apply these services directly. |

if the house has been purchased fom someone else the bill wl come in name of previous unless and until the new owner make change for his own name |

qureshi sb is right that if man 'A" purchase house from man "B"and he does not approach wapda, gas authorities for change of owner then bills will keep coming on the name of "B" therefore it,s imaterial that whether owner lives or not bills will come on his name |

Tenant as well as land lord, both can apply utility connection. In case of tenant, lease agreement would be required to get connection. The same can be transferred to another name on application. |
