What's going on with Phase 9 file? I have a file should I hold it or sell it and try to get 10 marla in Phase 8 after putting some extra money.

Dear Sir,
DHA Phase 7 Near Q 1065 can be sold around 70 to 72 Lacs.no confirmation for possession date from dha yet. Presently rate of files of dha have bearish trend.
For quick profits you can swap phase 9 file with dha phase 8 ten marla plots.
