Dear, I want to get the allotment letter from DHA for my DHA phase 8 plot whose development charges has already been paid. I am living out of Pakistan, please guide me what is the procedure and how much time it takes . Thanks & obliged for your advise

Nothing to worry. Your allotment letter will be in your file with Director Transfer & Record, DHA Lahore. When you next visit Pakistan, go to DHA and ask for your allotment letter, it will be delivered to you personally without any hastle. |

Apply for it on simple paper application with the copy of last final installment ( please note that some misc. charges are also required to be paid like mosque fund, gas connection etc. in addition to installment values).
Copy of your intimation letter (letter that u received after balloting) and ID card copy is also required.
Anyone can go and apply on your behalf. After submission of application it shall take around 2 months for being ready. Only you can collect the letter in person. |
