Can anybody tell me probable future location of DHA Phase 9? And if I get plot now app how many years later I will be able to constaruct home?

Since Phase 9 is close to already populated area (i.e., main DHA phases, Ferozpur road access etc), most likely once you would be given possession you can contract home immediately.

Whether Balloting happens sooner or later, DHA 9 is still the cheapest option in whole DHA
