1) NFC-2 or State-Life 2, which investment is better ?
2) When possesstion is expected for NFC-2 and State-Life 2 ?

yeah, please anyone update, which scheme is better for short term and long term investment and which scheme is better with respect to location. |

NFC2 is better for short term. For long term SL2 is better. Location of SL2 is better than NFC2 which you can see on map.
