I am in the process of negotiations for a 20 years old (in fair livable condition), very good construction, 1 kanal house in C block Faisal Town. What should be my offer price ?

in 100+ lakhs
if you sell it in as such condition then the buyer will give you the plot price or less then 80lakhs |

Old house calculation normally done on following bases.
Plot price in the area which is very well known to all + construction cost. For e.g if new house construction cost is 1600/ sqft, then old house construction cost would be little less than half of it , if it is in solid condition, otherwise even less than that. |

@ Ahmad ... Its located in C block, near Khair-un-Nisa hospital and Mehmood street. Front elevation is very impressive and graceful ... does not require any major works.
