Can you please guide if i have DHA phase 9 file then whether it would fall in A,B,C,D blocks after balloting or will it to be assigned some other block? Could be a stupid question but your wise answer is required please...

It ok as far as ur question is concerned. ABCD, existing blocks are of shuhada town, phase which is balloted and a separate entity, for ur file, u will be alloted plot in a seperate block of phasee9, decided after balloting. |

Dear Mr.Naavid,
In case phase 9 proper file you will get plot other than A, B C & D block as these areas are under development and soon ready for possession.
Dear Mr.Qasim,
In case of DHA town 5 Marla file (24 Lacs) you will get plot in A, B, C & D blocks.on the other hand you will be alloted plot in other coming block after ballot.

IF I BUY DHA town 5 Marla file (24 Lacs)when the balloting will happen for me and I will get plot as pocessing is very near of shuhuda town. |
