My question is this the normal charges for plots? Someone (living their) told me that maintenance charges are only for houses and not plots? I am living abroad and came to know during my recent visit to Pakistan.

Yes, it is correct. This is not new, these charges are applicable from day one after finalizing the purchase. After construction, it will be 3250 and 2250 respectively. These rates were last year when I got the full information. |
