Anybody aware why Bahria Town is sky rocketting? I cant believe the prices people are quoting there? Appreciate any insights.

The prices have been made by certain elements to keep the native pakistani out of this scheme it is only and exclusively now for overseas pakistani. one cannot not think over if one is living in Pakistan.

You means overseas Pakistanies do business of smuggling. Dear native are more rich than us.

Its not like the prices have sky rocketed in a single night, Bahria town has been witnessing upward trend in prices since late 2010. And its not because of the "certain elements", its because of heavy influx of genuine buyer as well as investor's high interest in the society.
