Is the possession in DHA 7 for whole U block or part of it. My plot is near 1888 u block dha 7. What is the status and price in that area.

Dear Mr.Amjad,
The new cutting is not developed yet so you have to wait for possession . Near U 1888 can be sold around 75 to 77 Lacs

Phase 7 possession is for 3 blocks only or all i mean Z-2 is included or no, if not any idea when Z-2 turn will come , i have 1 kanal plot 1541 Z-2 can you please evaluate the price?

Dear Sir,
DHA awarded possession is only in Q,R,S,T and U Block(old Cutting).DHA will give possession in other blocks as they will ready for possession.
