I need honest opinion that it is better to buy 5 marla either DHA town phase 9 file at 24.25 lac or 5 marla dha phase 9 file at 18.25 lac.
Please give me your honest opinion which 5 marla file I should buy and why. I will be buying very soon. Thanks

You should buy 5 marla file in DHA Lahore Phase 9 @ current price.
because location and price of phase 9 is reasonable as compare to other DHA phases.
